    Copmanhurst this Sunday 1/3/2009

Just putting a shout out for anyone in the area that is keen for a few hours on the Clarence this Sunday. I have to take my son to training in Grafton so I figure, drop him off then hit the water for a fish. The times r not flash, won't be on the water till about 10 till maybe 3 but I will take what I can get.

If anyone is interested I can pick up or meet at Copmanhurst.

    Cheer's Pete.

Love to Pete BUT would get strung up by the #####,just slipped down the back paddock for 1 1/2hrs in the Orara, still very dirty and about 600mm higher than normal.Paddled 6-700m and all I saw were a few herring following the lures back. I hope you have a better time than I did.................

Hey Mark, under the circumstances, not too bad. The water is still quite dirty so I concentrated up around the eddies below the main race. I didn't get on the water until 09:30 which is quite often when I am coming off, got one fish (about 32) to the boat and dropped a bit bigger one.

Sounded around down at the rock wall on the first corner hoping they may have been holding deep but no show there, off the water at 12:00.
