So this really turns into a joke from a Policing perspective.

I caught the Snapper in the Bay at Harry's Officer. Prove I didn't? We're trolling outside, just stopped here for a bit to have a cuppa, and start getting a pattern worked out.

They are creating a stupid set of Laws, which will be practically impossible to regulate. I foresee an extended period of civil disobedience, coupled with a regression in attitude of all DPI/Fisheries people involved, as they gradually become aware that they are a joke.

Or are they going to ban us from crossing the bar with a certain type of fish on board?
