Golden Trevally In The Brisbane River?
Hi i fished near the mouth of the brisbane river yesterday and i was suprised when i pulled up a nice little golden trevally i thought oh that must be the only one only to drop our baits again to see me lose one and my uncle catching another one although they were about 30cm i was suprised that you could pick up one or two. was it luck or do they come in?

My brother has caught a diamond trev there a while ago on a 2" P/S powerbait, it went 42cm. Good fun on 6lb!

Thats a great sign, There is actully quite a few GT's and big eyes in the river. Just gotta know where they live.

Nothing unusual about goldens in the Brissie River. Been lots more odder catches than those outa the brissie.
