My biggest so far was a 75cm specimen, caught on a spnnerbait land based at Lamb Island, July of this year.

70cm is the biggest i have caught. I was land based fishing in tweed river around the coolangatta tweed golf club area....I often see large flatties (perhaps 1m) in very shallow water next to the large drop off when diving in the tweed river behind the hospital.

Didn't get a pic of my biggest. It was caught in Hays inlet in 92 and would have gone in the 90's easy. Released without pic or measure. Massive though.

this is my 2nd biggest flattie at 80cm. my biggest flattie was only a few cm bigger but i had no camera with me that day. got her on a 6' atomic shad in grey ghost.
oh and it was released ofcorse

Some nice lizards there boys, Jacko do a search on this topic, from memory theres 2 similar threads from last season with some absolute crocodiles. Cant remember which section its in............. maybe saltwater pics
