    Eco Gear sx40

    Hi Guys,

I have purchase 2x sx40's and have used only a couple of times. but given it's coming into bream season I'd like to know how to use them correctly.

I remember the packet had a little brochure on how to use, but I can't find it now.

They are very light and float, do you walk them across the surface, or 3-4 quick tugs to get them under the surface and then swim them slowly??

    Any help appreciated.

The secret with them is to use several 3or4 second pauses with various speed retrieves until you find one that suits the fish on the day.

depends on what u are fishin.
if i can see the bream in clear water i will just roll it slowly then pause.
if i can see a bream follow my lure i will just let it keep floating up slowly untill it either swims away or eats it!
the pause is usually when it hits it. it you are just swimming ur lure and feel them hitting it DONT stike untill u feel the hook up
