Jew Weight Estimate
See my last post "My First Jew!!!"
I was not able to weight the bugger but it went a healthy 74cm....any guesstimate on what one around that size would weigh?? Weighed the fillets on the kitchen scales and they went over 2.5kg! I reckon the whole fish would have gone 4-5kg?
Had my first piece of it tonight...damn tasty! I am going back this weekend to have another crack...but know I won't get one as this time I will be ready!

just a guess, but maybe 4 kg.

Yeah i'd call it 4-4.5kg
Voodoo the bigger they get the better they taste up to about 15kg
