Never seen newspaper used on a BBQ for steaming but an interesting concept. Does the Garlic flavor go all the way through?
Will give this a try as they look good.

Whle eating the prawns you end up with the garlic on your fingers so you tend to lick it off as you eat.

You can also remove the heads of the prawns before cooking, this way you can fit more on the BBQ and the flavour you use will infuse more into the prawn meat.


You will need to play around with type and amount of favour untill you get it to your taste
