    Purglas blanks?

    Anyone know who supplies purglas blanks in Brisbane/SE Qld ? I want to get my hands on either a 300/1 or a 300/2.

    Also can anyone recomend a good rod builder to build up a pure casting rod using the blank?

    Mate I think the only place you will get one of those is in South Africa or in my garage. We have been trying to get some for Land based spinning for a few months dealing direct with Purglass but they are very slack.

    I will let you know how we go. I get all my rods built by Brad Job but there are a few other builders around.

    Campbells Pro tackle in WA stock purglass blanks and can send them to you. Ive had no problem dealing with them at all.Very quick.
