    GC Seaway

Well not exactly a fishing trip, but a mate of mine and I headed down for a free-dive to see what was around. Wind had visibility shot to sh*t anywhere within 100m of the mouth, but further inside wasn't too bad. Jellyfish blown in by the wind made life difficult too. Along the wall we collected countless pieces of tackle and saw some pretty interesting sights.

Bring on the good weather. Pic is the tackle retrieved.

I think the number 3 round sinker on the right of the cluster is mine. Can you please put it back? I was just getting a nibble.

Mate those big ball sinkers look suspiciously like a few i have lost of the last few months. OOOPS that right you would have found several hundred of the bloody things had they been mine.
Bloke at the tackle store is probably collecting them like you, then selling them back to me with a big smile on his face...

    Re: GC Seaway

As I said, visibility wasn't too crash hot and there were jellies everywhere. See a lot of big luderick and bream this time of year, schools of big mullet, schools of whiting, few brown morwong and a few wobbies.
