20 kg of spanish nice work mate
Had a really great day today, in the drink @ 5am trolled around the leads then over to a couple of 'secret spots' found a couple of large bait balls that should fish OK after this closure finishes. Went to the Oyster / Pixie area...anuther 'secret spot' and nailed a Spanish around 20, then lost one about the same size near the boat. The sea was reasonably calm but the water was dirty with coral spawn and the fish weren't really on the chew. Nailed a small mack tuna and a bloody good sized Barracuda, scary job getting the hooks outta its mouth before releasing it...had to count me fingers ...twice. The wind came up a bit so headed home to wash the boat fillet the mack and finish off a brilliant day with a bottle of rum. Christ I wouldn't be dead for bloody quids eh?

Well done, sounds like a nice day. There's plenty of spaniards and barracuda around at the moment.
