    How you going AJ,

Yeah mate, got stuck into acouple of pearlies, the best going 3.5KG.
Fishing was very slow, I mean very very slow. If it wasn't for these 2 reds, it would of been a dismore trip for me.

As for releasing these beautiful speciemens, you guys are crazy. Why do we have to release these old, big specimens, but its alright to keep 5 middle aged fish. 2 deaths are better than 5.

I'm starting to get sick of this. Surely this comes under cetain rules of this website regarding inflammatory comments or whatever. These guys have caught two awesome fish (well done guys) and have not broken a single law, not even close to it. I think it's about time the C&R group take a step back and have a good hard look at themselves, there is no need to make comments that I have seen (and copped myself) because a few fillets have been kept for the table.
For now I'll leave it at that...... >

    Yeah! > A newbie too............what a grand entrance! C&R or sour grapes?

Guys is it possible that hounddog was just joking about releasing the fish. That was what i thought when i first read his post, but now i am not so sure.
Anyway, the reason i am responding is cause those fish are UNREAL!! Congratulations, what sort of bait did you get em on, and have you caught many at that size before.
    Cheers Fritzy

Wheres your sense of humour Mate? All I"m trying to tell ya Mate, is theyr'e "Beautiful" looking Fish. Nearly to good to keep? I for one, have fished the Waters off Fraser a few times and have never got close to Reds of that size. When i eventually get "Reds" of that size, i won,t be able to post them quick enough. Anyway tight lines and plenty of Fish. "Get rid of Long Liners"
