pity about the trawlers but its good to see you and your daughter had a good time out an thats what its all about
I counted 9 trawlers at Mud today. The seas were flat and there were tuna churning the surface everywhere. Had my young daughter with me so just drifted soft plastics around the western side. She ended up with her first squire and had two screaming runs which ended in bust offs. Don't know what they were, but she had a grin from ear to ear and have converted another family member to the wonderful life of fishing (for a while at least).

Give a man a fish, he'll eat it and fall asleep.
Teach a man to fish and he'll endanger an entire species
Good work Mick, sounds like a good morning
Good to see Mick, nothing better than seeing your kids wind in a nice fish & the smile on there face for hours.
kleiny
Be a lot more smiles if the trawlers got banned from the bay
Kids and fishing just go hand in hand, well done

The trawlers were probably just sleeping off a hard night of ripping the guts out of the rest of the Bay >
