Gee Phill. Way to make me green with envy. I had to work my insides out today. Would rather have been getting the Pajero muddy. That was a nice track. Where was it?

    Re: A wet wednesday

at a guess,,, your on the pine forest track that runs parellal to the bruce h/way north of the glasshouse and before caloundra ,,,, and if so,,, your either exploring options to coochie river,,,or having fun in the mud,,

the halfway point were you turned to the right threw me,,,, i've been on these tracks a fair bit,,,but seeing the view from the camera angle that was shot is limited to much to say for certain

    i'll watch it again,,,,

" eratic " you try driving offroad, avoiding all things green AND videoing, at the same time. One hand on the camera, one hand on the steering wheel, one hand on the gear stick and the other hand on the *%*% Bar............OH,, that's 4 ......

Please don't try this at home.......

Yep, choppa, took Roys road and just kept turning into ' tracks ' that looked interesting. Found some deep water holes, lots of boat ramps, the camping ground, dead ends and bush. OH , and water, lotsa water !

theres some very interesting fishing grounds around there phill,,,,but as you may not have found on your trip video'ed due to the rain,,,

you have to chain everything down

mossies and sandflies carry most stuff away at night,,,

    my spot x no: 5,,,is well ?????????

but yeh,,,,nice area,,, good tracks and some nice exploring options,,

    thought i was close,,,,,,,,,,,,

    Re: A wet wednesday

Thanks for the tip on avoiding embarrassment Phill. Point duly noted.
I did my gold coast run yesterday and saw an older model Landcruiser (60 series I think) sporting an Ausfish sticker on the back window. The landy was grey in colour. Could this have been Webby?
