Hi everyone, could any of you help me, i'm looking for web pages/books that talk about the new fishing policies such as fishing licences for recreational fishers, the buying back of commercial fishers licenses and the clossing of areas that are generally fished, i can't seem to find any my self at the moment. I want to learn more about this area so i can teach kids correctly about this area. any help or comments given will be greatly appreciated.
