Aussie fish park

hi all
Just a little note on the place on the sunshine coast called Aussie fish park. My first time there on thursday and caught my first barra . the people who own the place go out of their way to help you catch fish by showing you where and telling you when the best time to catch them . the $ 1000.00 prize for the big barra in the mixed pond is still there . the barra is there as one bloke hooked up on him only to drop it near the bank in front of about 50 people
I caught and released 10 barra in different sizes kept one .

the place is on the david low way near bli bli at the cable ski park cost is $ 25.00 adult and 15.00 for kids .
I had a great day and thought i'd share the location with all of you

Gidday Anzac....Glad you had a great time at the fishing park.
I was there 3 months ago and i to caught my first few barra!
You are right the staff there are keen to help you catch fish in the ponds......I caught a few mullet as well....I will be back for a second go at that big barra.....well worth the $25 for the day
