Bloody amazing!
About 100 greenies protesting about a dam on a river get good coverage on the ABC tv and radio news, but when about 200 boats and probably 4/500 people protest against the bloody greenies, not a word!
Anyway, the response was really good, and the convoy was about 4/5 kays long, with a police escort front and rear, and more cops directing traffic at the major intersections.
Some of the banners were good as well: Green zones buy green votes: Save our seafood: Farmers first, now fishermen, whats next? etc.
Plenty of tv cameras, and some news reporters. Sunday mail today has an article in it.
If this happens all over the state, surely someone must get the message!

Yes Bob I have also noticed the lack of ABC coverage.... they have hardly responded to our press releases
