would be nice if the fish was a bit more clearer tho but at a guess i would say a spotted trev going by the spots on it, but that depends if it was a greenish blue to bright purple above and faded after death, if so spose to be a good firm fleshed table fish.

turrum are often confused with trevelly, going by grants and not a clear pic plus the sharp bits up the side i will still stick with a spotted trev, the first photo shows a bit of purple in the tail this is why i have stuck with it, but i could be wrong

yeh its hard to pick from the picture.the closest i can find to it is the brassy trev, its pretty common in que apparently(is this what you call a spotted trev up that way?)apparently there are no small scales over the breast area as in the gts.nice fish all the same

yep i am fairly sure that is a spotted trevally, but i dont know what kind because most people think there is a bout 3 or 4 different types of spotted trevally

What uve got there is a spotted trevally, nice looking fish.. great fighter too!
