    how about we posted names and address of persons we have personally seen stealing from other peoples pots stealing other peoples pots [8 pro pots] takeing jennies whats the legal take on that i,ve got a beaut how about you

    Waynero, curious as to how you would know the names?

    I think you would be in legal hot water unless they had been convicted in the courts.

    this guy just got caught by fisheries with jennies few weeks back i felt that it would be his word against mine before that most of it was 18mths ago i will put a whole story of a local bully who has done lot of harm in the bundy area if i'm legally able to

    If it has gone before a before a court, then it would be on public record.
    Provided you only report facts that were brought up in the court case you would be doing no more than the newspapers do.
    If your mate said this or you heard down the pub he has done something, and you reported it, then you would be quoting heresay. If unproven and he knows who you are , then he could have a case for slander. # #
