Good silver perch other names they have been called are Grunter, Murray perch, black bream (not the salt water variety), silver bream (also not the salt water variety) and bidyan which is a part of the scientific name. I still think these fish will pull a bass backwards (size for size).
I thought the orange fins were a shadow in your photo.

You might have to leave it there, but if it ever becomes official you can fish it, I'll do you a deal.. Exclusive rights on central city tackle shop selling telescopic rods for the lunch hour fisho, and you can be the fishing guide!
