Tying Jelly Prawns

G'day again,

I'm interested in tying up a heap of jelly prawn flies to take north. How big should they be tied for best results?

G'day Nathan,
I am not a big user of the Jelly prawns although I hear they work well. I would try to match the fly to the size of the actual prawns for the best results. Hope this is of some help. Where are you heading to up North? Might be able to get together for a fish!

Oui recon U should make them up to about 30mm, U can even use them new squidgees from K mart on a size 4 bent pin....
