    S.I.P. boundaries

    Is there a web site some where that shows where a stocked impoundment ends and creeks begin? Or is any creek/river that feeds a stocked impoundment included in the area?

    What I am getting at is I am wanting to fish the upper reaches of the Stanley River at Woodford and have no idea if I need a permit to fish the area.

    I would assume that if not fishing in the water backed up by a dam, you would not need a SIP.
