Rules for Barra Stocking

I have a mate who has a little creek whicjh only runs about once a year down his back yard full of tarpon and jungle perch eels, and other things. We would like to stock it with some barra as they have plenty of room to swim and they cant escape. Are there any laws regarding this and if not where can we get some cheap.

Stocking of any fish directly into any unregulated river/creek is not permitted these days.
I would contact your local DPI&Fisheries office for correct rules applying to any stocking or go to DPI website, it on there.
