Nice fish mate, where & when did you get it?
My brother pulled a smaller one out of Pindari when we camp there about this time last year, which was the first time I had seen one in the flesh.
    Cheers

    Re: Northern NSW Cod

It was caught in December last year at Copeton dam on a spinner bait.
First and only thing I've caught on spinner bait.

    Re: Northern NSW Cod

I think you guys have lost the true fishing spirit. Fishing is about 3am starts, sunburn, heatstroke and mosquito bites. Getting thrown round in a tinnie by 20 knot winds, sudden showers that soak everything left out in the camp sight and realising that your only dry clothes for the rest of the weekend are now covered in fish guts. Broken tents, wasp stings and 3rd degree burns from logs rolling off the camp fire. Where you guys got this whole catching fish idea has got me beat?
