Docklands Melbourne
We went to the Williamstown side of the docklands in melbourne last week and were amazed at the 200+ people that were there neasr sundown. Unfortunately, most fishermen did not have the courtesy to avoid casting over the top of your line, and many came right next to you (within one metre) and did not seem freindly. Although there were a lot of fish to be caught, this amount of people in a small area meant lots more lines were tangled with the neighbour than fish caught! We were unlucky in our catch (none) but we met some friendly fishermen who gave us their fish (flathead, trevally and brim) so we went home with a nice dinner and having not lost hope that all fishermen there were so inconsiderate.
