g'day all
i have just been dredging back through old fishing papers and read someone alluding to landlocked saltwater lakes in and around brisbane. obviously he did not disclose their location in a magazine, but if anyone out there would like to e-mail me some pointers in the right direction i would be very keen to wet a line in such an environment. it would give me a chance to get my fly casting up to form and maybe work on my lure skills.

They are near the airport, at the ocean end of it. Never been there though. Apparently they have been fished out a bit since they became public knowledge (to stop some people exploiting them during comps).
