had to give it a bit more thought - but - every Dart landed and cooked on the spot has been great - some egg breadcrumbs and a hot pan.....

Found whiting, red throats and the jewies up north (black i think) keep the best.

Can't beat a feed of fresh flathead although the bigger fish do get a bit tough. Jewies aren't bad done either in some egg and breadcrumbs or beer batter.... served with chips of course..
