    Bay Mackerel M & G

The MACKEREL BASH is on fellas WEEKEND OF THE 3 AND 4TH FEBURARY.
Made it this late so all Christmas things are out of the way.
Full Moon on the Friday so we'll have some good tides to search with.
Will be doing an overnighter for those interested.
So need to no numbers as to where you leaving from North (Bribie or Scab) or South (River, Manly etc)
So we can decided where we stay to night ??? Curtain?Combi? or Sandhills.
    Its B.Y.O.
If anyone has a spare spots put it up, so those that dont have rigs and want to go get the chance.
Will sort the rest out as time draws near.
    regards

ps if someone of power can put this in the stayput area appreicated.

Depending on the weather , I normally leave from Scarb or Cabbage Tree Ck .
Any of your recommended spots for overnighting sound Ok to me .

I still have to finalize my deckie , but if I have a spare spot , I'll advise in a future post when it get a bit closer to the Bash .

Sounds like a plan Brian. On a good day, Skanky Hoe will make the trip, other than that, I'll bum a lift.

I reckon we shoud make it a Slugs Only affair ?? ??

I'm up for a Mac Attack.

The southern bay is less reliant on the Weather Gods playing ball. Certainly a lot more opportunities to the north though. Run out of the River or Manly then everyone can play

Phill, it can't be slugs only. I have too much fun feeding my ever dwindling stock of Javellon SP's to the local Mac populations

Looks like I have a spot on a big rig.

    SP's Vs Slugs.......... mmmmmm

Not, I'm not a misogynist, but I get the attempted humour

I am anti-misogynistic to be honest.

OH, now I have a headache from thinking about that big word, better go have a sit down and watch the cricket. See y'all there.

Webby have you thought of using some code names for various sections of the bay that we can use on the radio

Do we set a venue early or wait until the week before to choose where to fish? If the weather comes in we can still get some around the Rainbow Rous area.

I will organize the supply ship based at Tangas or wherever. For those overnighting a few drinks on board might be the go

    Cheers
