    I have to say, these pictures are some of the most amazing fishing pics I've ever seen! They are every bit as good as what you see in fishing magazines! Way to go fellas! This site is great! And thanks Magicpudding, for the explanation.

    another thing you need to factor in to these great pics is that some of the fishies caught weren't caught on a big game boat, but on the SS mackmauler ( a 14foot tinnie)

    That's an excellent point Cloud 9! Yeah, I wasn't even thinking about that, but that's true! The man knows what he's doing out there in that boat! You don't land huge fish like that by accident.

    It reminds me of that line from the movie, "Master and Commander-The Far Side of the World."---

    I think it goes something along the lines of: "The captain has known this ship, as both man and boy. He says there's enough of his blood in the hull for it to be a close family relation."
