As you can see from the lefthand side of this post, I have now been elevated to the esteemed position of Bronze member.

What do the various member levels mean and how are they achieved.

Wait and see what the reply says I suppose? Maybe its like the Queen's Birthday honours - only happens once a year.

Due to recent changes with limiting Members to posting in the Forsale section untill they have 30 posts I had to do some changes to the member levels to achieve this.

The Member rankings are not anything in particular as it deosn't matter how many posts a Member has. I would rather see X number of quality posts than 10 x X number of oneliners. It is just handy having the ranking system in this instance when needing to block access to areas such as new topics in the For Sale and Auction section of the site.

The rankings are currently set to the following

Ausfish Member - 0 to 29 posts
Ausfish Bronze Member - 30 to 249 posts
Ausfish Silver Member - 250 to 499 posts
Ausfish Gold Member - 500 to 999 posts
Ausfish Platinum Member - 1000 + posts
