Stingrays found with tails cut off

Win News tonight ,
Several stingrays have been found washed up on the beach with there tails cut off.
Either someone is telling fibs or we have a idiot running around that will reflect on the recreational fishers.
Do not take this as a joke because it will give the powers to be more reason to take away our style of living.

Mate they did not say but the way this fisho inspector was talking i would say down in the South East Corner.
No bull it was from the primary industries and not a greenie.
