Are you worried about the speedo tube, or the grease?
Both, sloppy job regardless.
They haven't re-connected the speedo tubes after dropping the lower legs. And they should have wiped the excess grease off. I'd just wipe it off and reconnect them myself, but show them the pictures after. Unless, that is, you want to tow the boat back to them to do it, to make a point.
Mistakes, shoddy work sometimes happens. More important is how they deal with this.
Send the pics, see what they do.
Maybe a credit on your next visit and an apology...maybe an FU in which case you go elsewhere.
...and warn your Ausfish brothers in a totally non defamatory way.
