Deary me... Stevo... my trailer cost so much due to the double buying of parts, going hydraulic braked etc..

I have calculated every piece of a single axle non braked trailer and its $1900

Why u would use a braked trailer for a 420 hull is beyond me your wheels would be skidding everytime u pull up due to the boat being too light for a braked trailer

It was explained earlier about the brakes. I think the second trailer sounds like a bargain considering that you don’t like drilling holes. I’m sure we would all love to see the break down of your $1900 trailer.

A 420 renegade has a measured length of 4.39m and weighs hull only 331kg
With a full fuel tank and three batteries I’m over the 749kg unbraked allowances

Plan to fit a boat rack and a roof top tent to the new trailer so up around 900kg

Decks floors seats extra width they weigh more then the older quintrex hulls
