No messing around building a trailer or playing with repairing engines

Savage 17ft cabin boats come up cheap...
What about you half finished project you have poured a lot of time and money into? And you want to start another complex and over ambitious project. If the object is actually to go fishing on the Georges River there is nothing wrong with a 4m tinnie with tiller steer. You can put an electric on the bow and it will also be versatile, eg be suitable for bait fishing. A 30 to 40 hp would be plenty and nothing wrong with a 2 stroke when you have the electric to sneak around. Bear in mind there are a lot of speed restrictions on the river so a super fast bass boat is a bit of a waste.

Gaz ...... are you enjoying this ?

Give a man a fish & he will eat for a day !
    Teach him how to fish
& he will sit in a boat - & drink beer all day!

and in that post another dream unrelated to the first one can be discussed in depth as well

    Please dont encourage him Steve...

I think Gaz finds it difficult to differentiate dreams from fantasy...

and with his obvious craving for male attention on here I dont think we really want to know Gazza's fantasy's, do we..?...

Gaz in a river better than Gaz offshore. Less work for VMR.

There has been a bullet 1600 available dirt cheap but i think 16 foot is a bit small, i ideally want a bullet 1850 hull they are super nice but it needs to be cheap as im only going to gut it than rip its top off

Maybe less time doing that and more time on the boat.

Sorry mate! couldn't let that one pass without a Benny Hill reply, my apologies

Hey bob we have been flooded out and heavy rain for a week now can barely get out to the car and im up on a hill

The next suburb over is on flood evacuation alert

That poor bastard i bought my 50 yammie from his house was 100 meters from the manning river! #### i feel sorry for the poor bugger he was about 1.5-2 meters above the manning river with a 4 year old house he built

Heres the 1600 Bullet candidate but 16 foot on a speed boat it may only fit 1-2 people

How stable do you think a casting deck is going to be with that bow?

Glad somebody pointed out a bit of reality ..

There is a good reason why I see a lot of decked out barra tinnies based on V nosed punt style hulls like Quinnie explorers and similar...
