    That’s exactly what I did mate, put a 150 Yamaha replacing the 130 Evinrude. Loved my Evinrude and was going to take it to Downes and get the Gen 2 150 but with him shutting up shop, I didn’t know of another reputable service provider.

    Hi Scott i think you are spot on he really was ready to give it away he used to do all of my Etec trade checks and data downloads doesn,t really matter anymore unless you need etec service .

    Hey Chimo, I have a 90 ETEC that Downes normally services. It is due it's annual service and now I see this thread. Any info you can share would be greatly appreciated
