That is good advice, my daughter has a CRV that has a whine at around 89 - 95 kph and at her last service she asked them to check it out and they reckoned they couldn't hear it, I suggested deaf mechanics but it has been logged in their system and she will pursue it closer to home as the warranty runs out around her next service date. I had the rear diff in my old Jackeroo replaced under similar circumstances, they did say there was nothing there but then got an independent assessment done and they finally changed it over including paying for the assessment.

You need to keep on to them.

Thanks gofishin and Dignity. Will take the motor in this month with my list of fuel discrepancies and see if gauge or software can be recalibrated. The uncertainty in this exercise is the total fuel capacity of the tank which is thought to be 250L. Although total capacity should have no influence on refill adjustment. Cheers SS

Update to my previous; although I was originally told you couldn’t, it seems you might be able to after all.

    Waiting on confirmation from Suzuki.

Only recently had confirmation that software can be updated by a dealer, using a laptop and recent Zuke Software that’s a bit more specialised than their normal process.

The latest version is Ver. 1.220 1.240.

Attached is a 2018 gauge showing typical older version.

Does it correct the fuel issue? Hope to find out soon!
