    What's doin ?

Not much chat on here about offroad stuff,,,,, I suppose Covid saw to that

Well, I have booked in my Cape Trip. May 15.... 2021..........

Not much detail at the moment, but it is a 4 week trip and most time will be at Bathurst Bay... Cape Melville.

This is not to say I won't do a shake down trip later this year if travel restrictions are lifted.

Improvements to the Collie are a Roof Top Tent & awning, portable hot water system. ( in addition to all the other stuff i did over the last year or so )

I have also tweaked the boat trailer and made the beach anchoring system..

    Couple of photos somewhere ........

Love Bathurst Bay area, camped out facing north and without moving watch the sun rise and set. Enjoy you trip LP and all the preparations that go into it.

I did a Cape trip a few years ago and was pretty disappointed that we couldn't get to Bathurst Bay as the road was closed at the time. We camped in some amazing places and the fishing up there was so much fun - memories for life. Phil, those hot water systems are great. I put one on my camper back then and now have one mounted on my caravan for use with an external water source. Your prep looks well under way - enjoy the journey!
