    Hey Dirtyfuzz so what did you end up doing with your props and ifso did it improve your ecomomy.

    I just left them as it is, I’m getting about 1.1km/l combined cruising at 31 knots doing 4800 rpm and am happy with that, I’d like to try 4 blades more for interest than anything else but probably won’t bother!

    Fuzz, maybe I'm off but generally increasing the pitch/diameter will increase your torque. You may get better fuel economy (unlikely) but the chances of throwing the boat into the back of the ute will increase if you increase the pitch. Load her up with full gear and 4 guys. If you're still punching the revs above 6000RPM then reassess.
