It should be fine where it is for the mobile guy, all they really check is wheels/tyres, lights, measurements are all legal, and your spring and axle config is up to scratch for the weight of the boat and frame.
My boat is going up for sale, and I'll need a road worthy for trailer.
The trailer has the boat on it, and is currently on the garden with a 15-20 degree slope.
Don't see any dramas with the trailer itself but can it be inspected by a mobile guy at its current location ? Is it ok with the boat on ? Does it need to be jacked or anything to check brakes etc ?
Recommendations ?
TIA

The guy that did mine jacked it up and tested brakes.
The boat was on it.
