Its not making the bearing noise any more, your other video was without the gearbox submerged and we could hear the bearing

What your hearing now is just normal mechanical grinding of two or more parts rubbing ie pistons to cylinders it sounds perfectly normal to me

Glad the hone worked this should have given the engine a little bit longer life span

That's awesome to hear to you guys think it is a lot better! I have also removed the soundproofing from the cowl as it was crumbling apart. (ordered new soundproof sheet)

I ran it in the Sydney harbour later that day and it really sound quieter under load.

It's a 25 yo 2 stroke engine anyways - So I can't make it sound these new 4 stroke!
