Is Navionics update worth it?
Hi Guys,
Just received an update option for my Navionics Platinum +
My Sounder is an old Humminbird 798 ci HD Side imaging
They are asking $184 I think it was,
am I getting any advantage from updating ?

I just upgraded from full Aust/NZ to just QLD, for less than that. The updated green zones and “auto route from here” features are worth it I reckon.

I travel interstate each year so I guess the full maps is worth it
Pity about the weather north of Townsville at the moment

Pulled the trigger
Just updated today, almost everything worked in my old Humminbird 798 ci HD
The "fish and chips" contours are awesome!
