Lowrance Technician North Brissy

Anyone know a good Lowrance technician North of Brissy?

I fitted an electric motor to bow and got gateway kit.

I wired it to sounder through NMEA2000 and have it looking at it nicely on the sounder but can't get it to prompt Autopilot menus

I have had a few emails with Lowrance technical service team and they have been helpful except it isn't fixing the problem - so I am thinking someone who knows their stuff getting at the setup and just sorting it

Technician gave me 7 steps to prompt Autopilot menus and nothing

Gateway Setup Instructions very similar just unplug and plug in NMEA2000 cable and power up slightly different - nothing
