place to buy mechanical steering tilt tube end nut/seal

G'Day all,

I need a nut for my Tohatsu tilt tube (local Tohatsu dealer doesnt have them) - the threaded nut with seal that the mechanical steering rod passes through.

A while ago I got a new one that was a Teleflex jobbie from a guy on the northside but dont think he is there now. He sold steering cables and mowers. Anyway it was a nut that had a felt seal on the inside that you would impregnate with hydraulic fluid. Most of them just have a rubber oring and some I have seen have a nylon wiper.

Whitworths dont have them.

Ebay only has them from UK and US at $$$$$$$

Any ideas?
