Maybe it coincided with Facebook becoming a monster.
the politics section certainly didnít help.

A lot of old familar names

    Iím back.

Shame the whole forum scene fell apart and fragmented. FB isnít that great - canít really communicate properly with people about a certain topic. Canít search topics to find info you may have read in the past but then forgotten.

Used to be great on here - hope to get involved again

Actually does anyone know what ever became of Mackmauler or what his name was? I used to live his reports of nailing amazing fish out wide in a little 4.3m tiller steer!!

I think real name is Rob Stevens and I see him on facebook posting good catches. I think he fishes the brisbane river for threadies a bit. Rob is the founder of the threadybuster lure, and you can contact him through that business. Yes those exploits of tinnys 50 - 70km offshore left me scratching my head, they were amazing.
