Went out the back tonight to cover up the boat properly before this full week of rain hits and pulled the tarp off the mercury to removed the ecu than gave the flywheel a turn and it was gritty so it looks like i will have to get the engine started within the next week or two
If i were to bolt the engine to the transom are there any test i can carry out to see if the transom cracks other than standing on the leg?

it wont crack gazza but if you like to settle the jitters , bolt it on and trim leg out to 45* rock on the prop like a lever and look for movement in the top corners. i looking forward to seeing the motor bolt on good luck
Thanks for the advice and encouragement Cat, im a bit set back on time i had planned to fair the transom today but its raining on and off all day and looks like the rain is sticking around untill mid week

Had the ultra sound yesterday and heart monitor taking off this morning, the lady ultra sound my heart than my throat for some reason and than tge right side of my chest and she asked if i were in pain while she was checking my heart
A couple large red and blue spikes on the heart monitor once it was uploaded must be the paliptations
A bit strange i was booked in for 3 or 4 appointments and i was told i was going on the treadmil which i havent been on in 3 appointments
Im sure everything is ok bloody just wanna rip into this boat but poor weather keeps raining 50_70% of showers

The Ultrasound of the throat was to check the Carotiid arteries as well as the heart and the Aorta because if there is a blockage or a problem with them, it can lead to a bit of plaque breaking away and then cause a blockage in the brain, which may cause a stroke, as you have lost strength in one of your arms they need to check. I am surprised that they haven't booked you in for a MRI of your brain. The treadmill is to work your heart to see how it is going under stress, ie; blood flow, pulse rates, heart rhythm etc. The red and blue is just the blood going back and forth. I wouldn't be worrying about the boat for now until they give you the results as if it goes badly, the boat will be the least of your concerns. But for the time being don't stress till you know more as it may be something simple like a pinched nerve or muscle.
I have to book in for these testAttachment 121773

These are to check your cholesterols, check for diabetes, kidneys and the last just checking your blood for various things. It's just a basic overall health checkup. It is a fasting test so no food ,drink or smoking before the test from 8 hours before or what your doctor told you to do.
Thanks Ed, cant wait to find out what is causing the 3 years of heart paliptation and the pain in the side of my left chest and left arm
While i was soing the 24 hour heart monitoring i had to write down and pain or heart paliptation, over that 24 hours i wrote down 4 times but experience pain and palptation 7 or 8 times

3 Years! Got to ask, why the hell didn't you get it checked out sooner? More often then not, the first sign/result of a heart attack or a stroke is death! You can't afford to wait and see if it gets better! Either way I hope you have good health cover or near a good public hospital.
I let it slide for the first year of heart paliptations than i went and seen my GP he gave me a refferal to see the cardioligist i booked in but it took a long time for the appointment to come round at that time i just couldnt have been bothered going
I went back to see the GP for another refferal but he said he already sent me to the specialist even tho i mentioned i didnt go he left it at that
By now its at 3 years he said he sent me 2 years ago i said i didnt go so he gave me another refferal i booked in on tuesday got seen wednesday friday and saturday
My Drs reply to me having heart problems "if it was serious u would have died by now" his a good GP but often laughs at the wrong time..
GP is only 3mins up the road, fairfield hospital is only 10mins drive away
Donno why i wasnt too concerned about the heart my life is just a huge medical drama i have so much shot wrong with me mentally and physically just over it i live a really quiet secluded life this maybe why i hate going places

I would be changing doctors! Anyway if you don't get a satisfactory diagnosis after these tests you may just want to go to a public hospital emergency clinic next time you have pains.
The GP mentioned that if i get pains to goro the hospital than he said they'll just send me back to him
Once these test are done i'll be all good the cardiologist center are pretty good people very on point and you're health is important as to the test and how they do business
I have seen 3 different people there so far
