Help with the big clean.

I have an old ski boat that I’ve finally finished fixing up, before I get it out on the water it’s going to need the clean of all cleans.

What’s the most effective and efficient way to clean a very stained and grimy fibreglass hull?
I’ve got some boat wash, pressure washer and fine grit sandpaper but I’m not sure it’s going to do the job.
