    Deckwash stink

Has anyone come up with a easy way to flush or drain the deckwash line ?
I've got a basic setup with a diverter hand valve that directs either to live tank or deck hose.
Of course after any more than a day the sea water in the lines goes putrid and stinks out the live tank until it's run and drained.
The hose I've just gotten use to squirting the first bit out to sea.

I'm not sure if it's feasible somehow to reverse flush the lines somehow when the day is done and cleaning the boat ?
    Anyone sorted this out ?

Stick the garden hose in to your intake when home washing the boat
Confidence.......the feeling you get before you fully understand the situation.

Thanks Dan. The intake has a cast grill/filter screwed over it.
I'd need to jerry up half a engine flush muff to stick on it and somehow keep it in place.
