looking for water ski

Hi everyone, I am going to Boondooma Dam soon, I will be fishing mainly but I will be taking my teenage grandkids as well and I was going to let them have a try at water skiing and I would like know if anyone in the Gold Coast area had an old set of skis that they would like to sell. I don't want to buy a new set as the boys may not be interested in skiing but I thought I would let them have a try. I have a tube that I tow them around on but they are getting a bit big and heavy for the tube so I thought I would give the ski's a try.I have had a look on ebay but would prefer not to buy on ebay.

I was out looking fo an old wooden door last weekend and went into the Noosa Tip shop. Heaps of old skiing stuff for next to nix. Might be worth a try

Thanks for those tips lads, I will have a look at Gumtree and see what I can find and I will take a trip out to our local tip as they have a big tip "store" out there.
