Normally do our Bream deep fried when Caravanning save the mess or smoke from fry pan in confined area , and as for my Whiting ?? , well its mostly always been filleted n breadcrumbed .
Tonight due to a late arrival home after a days out chasing these finger licken munchies decided to deep fry them whole for ease n a quick meal.
Must say will be a toss up from here on whether they end up filleted n bread crumbed or whole n deep fried.
Greek Salad n Chips on the side , couple of stubs all thats left is wait for stomache to settle and polish off the Apple Crumble n Ice Cream .
