How big a boat? The backyard on a few old tyres works out pretty cheaply...

There is a dry rack at Manly.

Yep, a couple of tyres in the yard works well, surprisingly easy to get off and even easier to get back on the trailer.

Well Nuffy, like the other guys have pointed out, old tyres work well if you don't want to spend any money.. mooring is an option, renting a holiday house with a pontoon has worked for me in the past fixed the trailer in between trips out fishing. Optional would be short term racking subject to availability at Spinnaker Sound, near Bribie. East Coast at Manly or Horizon Shores...and your boat is out of water when you don't use it.
