Thanks chimo not yet, I'm going to take it for a good run on the wkend and see what they do, not a very good test but I ran them on the muffs for an hr each side and they didn't get hot

Was finally able to do an on water test this morning and give the motors a run, the southerly swell with north winds was interesting to say the least and only went for an hr but motors went well and no overheating yet, have to give it a good couple of hrs run when the next good weather day is on.

Get some fenders, those pontoons have a nasty habit of scratching your nicely polished hull. Whoever built the ones at the Power Boat Club and thought that hard yellow nylon was the way to go has never owned a boat, it even scratches the tinnie.
